Chip is a Partner of GFC. Chip is also the Principal and CEO of Perkins Fund Marketing, LLC (PFM). PFM is a placement agent for alternative investment private funds with a team of eight investment professionals.

He is responsible for the operation of PFM, new business development, managing the sales team and sales coverage of key accounts. Utilizing his years of experience in sales and marketing within various industries, Chip formed PFM in 1997. PFM is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Since its founding, PFM has raised in excess of $7 billion for its fund managers.

Chip earned a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
